Who is responsible
SG Bordados is responsible for handling your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). You can reach us at sgkatolica@gmail.com with any question about this notice.
What we collect
This website (sgkatolica.com) has no accounts and no form that saves personal information: we don't ask for your name, email or phone to browse it. The contact button opens WhatsApp with a pre-written message; nothing is sent to or stored on our servers through it. This site does use aggregated, cookie-free analytics — see "Site analytics" below.
Site analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, an aggregated statistics service that uses no cookies and doesn't identify people: we only know how many visits there were, from which country, and which page sent them — never who you are. In addition, to have that same information inside our own system, the site sends a monthly count to SG Katólica's own servers (visits and clicks on "Order via WhatsApp", split by language) — this also doesn't store your IP address, doesn't use cookies, and doesn't identify any person: it's just a number that goes up. That's why this site doesn't need a separate cookie notice or to ask for your consent to browse it.
If you message us on WhatsApp
If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation (your name, your number, and whatever you tell us about your order) stays in the system we use to handle workshop orders, so we can quote, confirm and follow up on your request. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.
What we use it for
Only to handle your order: quoting, confirming details, coordinating delivery and answering your questions.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to its use, by writing to sgkatolica@gmail.com. In Mexico, the authority for personal data protection is the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.
